We register: continuous growth of interested parties and satisfied employees
March 2017 – This month we had two prosperous events designed for – hopefully – soon-to-be apprentices and our current employees.
At first we participated, like the years before, at the so-called ‘Career Day’, where students and parents get an in-depth look inside local companies and a chance to inform themselves about the different types of apprenticeships which these companies provide. This year, the participation along the students and parents was so big, we had to split them into multiple groups for the company presentation and tour.
The visitors were able to get a detailed look into our 25-year company history and the evolution of our different divisions and products in our ‘ruhlamat gallery’. Afterwards they got a first-hand look by our own apprentices, who presented the different apprenticeships at their workplaces.
Just as successful as the ‘Career Day’ was our second event this month. With the first ‘ruhlamat Health Day’ we provided our employees a vast amount of different medical examinations as well as a nutrition counselling and a fitness check. Those interested could sign up for the examinations and got exempted for a total of 60 minutes on company time, so they did not have to waste time off or even a day of vacation to sit in the waiting room of a physician.
Since we got very positive feedback for both events, we surely participate again at the ‘Career Day’ and provide the second ‘ruhlamat Health Day’ next year!
