We are "Das macht Potenzial" awardees!
November 2019 - As part of the Future Day Summit 2019, the autumn conference of the state working group SCHULEWIRTSCHAFT took place in Seebach on 4 November 2019. Among other things, this event framework will be used to award the state honor "Das macht Potenzial".
The award recognizes companies that have an above-average focus on education and are exemplary in their efforts to make the transition from school to work. The winners will be selected by a jury of representatives of the Federal Ministry of Economics as well as of educational institutions and industry.
A total of eight companies from Thuringia were pleased about the award ceremony. Ruhlamat, as one of only three of these eight companies, is even one of the nationwide award winners, which will once again be awarded separately by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in Berlin at the end of the year.
We are thrilled with this award and are pleased to note that all the power, energy and creativity invested in our apprenticeships have paid off and our performance is even recognized nationwide.
By the way, in the spring of 2020 we will open a new and modern training center, where all apprentices of the training cooperation with Hirschvogel will be allowed to learn their professions.
