ruhlamat branch in China develops and offers a new Banding Machine BB 2540
The development of an innovative new banding machine has been successfully concluded by our Chinese branch, ruhlamat Automation Technologies Suzhou. The BB 2540 Bander is for banding of banknotes to bundles as well as banding of any kind of stacks.
Either a PE coated paper tape or a polypropylene film tape are used in the banding process. Both of these tapes are recyclable and can be used without any change.
The bander has a wide range of applications, for example the
BB2540 Banknote Bander in banking, casinos, cash centres and
the
BB2540 Automatic Bander in packaging like printing, bookbinding,
manufacturing, marketing, mailing as
well for pharmaceutical industries,
insurance companies, public
authorities, super markets and many
others.
The standard model is working with 40 mm band in width.
Banding machines with the widths of 20mm - 25 mm - 30 mm are also available. Foot pedal is available as optional accessory.
The BB 2540 Automatic Bander/Banknote Bander is fully compliant with the EU directives (CE and RoHS) and is characterized by a robust and precise mechanical construction, thanks to the heavy-duty design.
The BB 2540 is remarkable for its simple and fast as well as inexpensive and reliable operation.
Banding material like PE-coated paper rolls and PP-film rolls (polypropylene) in different qualities and sizes can also be supplied.
