Records, awards and optimized company structures in recent months provide further confirmation of the innovative and customer-oriented approach of ruhlamat^® as fundament principles of our company policy. Today, we are also proud to present our new generation of high quality testing equipment.

Thanks to a modernized and user friendly re-design of our ID-1 chip card testing equipment, the handling of the bending tester BT110-3 and the torsion tester TT100-3 has been optimized from a customer point of view. Clear lines and simple operation of the equipment were central aspects of these developments.

Furthermore, our high quality testing equipment for the ID-3 passport format was re-designed and made more customer orientated. In addition to the external modifications, this testing equipment was also optimized from a technical point of view.

Follwing detailed agreements with the authors of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) all ID-3 testing equipment now conforms to the ICAO. The process of the individual test runs thus complies fully with the specifications of the ICAO 9303 and is therefore standardized.

In addition to the bending tester BT310-3 and the torsion tester TT300-3 we also developed the calibration units CU310 and CU300 required as per ICAO to ensure a precise test run. 

Our latest ICAO-conform development is the impact tester IT320. With the IT320 it is possible to simulate the impact of a stamp thus further comleting the stress tests for passports.
