Four former trainees joining the company was cause for a celebration at ruhlamat on 19.02.2009. As well as the local press, Senior Managing Director Karl Mack and Chief Trainer Roberto Pilz were also in attendance. Following a few words from the Managing Director to the new young specialist employees, Mr. Roberto Pilz and the Personnel Director Ms. Katja Bieberbach presented them with their employment contracts.

Despite the difficult economic situation worldwide, ruhlamat are proud of being able to give their former trainees a start to their professional careers within their own company. Right from the start, ruhlamat have concentrated on providing trainees with top quality training over a broad range, and established a special training facility with training instructors for the purpose. Here the trainees learn their craft from the most basic principles right through to the most specific stage of their work, which enables them to fit directly into the company’s manufacturing and production processes precisely where they are needed.

At the present time there are a total of 22 trainees and 5 BA students in 7 fields undergoing instruction at ruhlamat, and more, both trainees and BA students, are being sought for the next training year, with a very good chance of being taken on after successfully completing their training. The firm’s primary aim is to qualify young people to enter the company they feel to be their own.
Care is taken to ensure that the subsequent placement is made with the training in mind, in order for all the knowledge acquired to be secured and applied in a truly professional manner.
