TechTrex Inc. and Ruhlamat Announce Cooperation Agreement

Toronto, Canada and Dubai, UAE - April 23, 2007 - TechTrex Inc. and Ruhlamat Middle East today announced a cooperation agreement to jointly promote and market Ruhlamat personalization system and TechTrex s card issuance software suite as a total solution worldwide to customers. The two companies will build market and support a series of new solutions to make TechTrex and Ruhlamat products work better together. Under this new model, customers will realize unprecedented choice and flexibility through improved interoperability and manageability between TechTrex and Ruhlamat.

The two companies have been working closely since the end of 2006, and have created joint development projects at which TechTrex Inc. and Ruhlamat technical experts will jointly architect, develop and test new solutions and work with customers and the community to build and support these technologies.

New customer installations has been secured in the Middle East area in EMV card personalization, the next phase will see TechTrex Inc. and Ruhlamat working together on ePassport project for the territory.
